5. Client Engagements

When you engage ArchWave Media for services, the following general terms apply unless superseded by a separate signed agreement:

Payment: Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions: The number of revisions included in any project is specified in the proposal. Additional revisions will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Termination: Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days' written notice. Project-based work may be terminated by mutual agreement, with payment due for all work completed to date.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
Results: ArchWave Media will use reasonable skill and care in delivering services. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, rankings, revenue figures, or advertising performance, as these depend on factors outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
